What next

So what next? I have done a lot of training in recent weeks but to maximize results, there is a lot of thinks to do. First thing is FOOD. I used to eat what ever was on the fridge or so easy and fast as possible. After I started train a lot I had to focus on healthy food. At the moment I'm eating better than ever but there is still things that I have to do better. I need to eat more fruits and oats and I need to start drinking more water.
