HI!!

So... I'm 30-years old former soccer player who just turned into couch worm and now it's time to change. I have now done daily trainings for a month and these results are already very promising. Yesterday I was running on stairs with my friend. That was awful! I puked few times and run only 6 times up and down. But after the excersice I felt so good. There is only 160 steps so I have to do better after few week training.

In the end I put a photo of my GOAL. COME ON I can make it... BOOM!
