Planking exercise

Yesterday was really active day. I cycled to gym in the morning. It was about 7 km per side and in gym I did upper body and a lot of planking. Because I sit a lot I think these waist exercises are the most important for me. My basic planking training is 3 x 1 minute with 10kg on my back but this time I did 5 sets and did body rotation exercises after that. My waist was burning when I woke up.

In the evening I also cycled to school so I did a lot of aerobic training yesterday. I'm still looking for motivation to eat better but no success in that area.

No it's not me. It's just for a motivation and to show what I did plus weight on my back.
