what I did today

After few days of rest I went to gym again. I did legs, shoulders and side abs. Maybe some day I will do some video about my training. At the moment I do so much of cardio with bike and rollerblades, that my leg training feels a little useless. I don't have ever enough power to finish my legs. But my shoulder exercises was really motivating and I also love to train my waist. 

At the moment my favorite move is side abs dip. Similar than in picture above but I put my legs to same level with my lower shoulder. Then I just move my waist up and down. I did today 3 sets with 15 reps and it felt like my abs were burning.
